Fabulous Holiday!
friendly staff delicious food easy solution
This is a very nice hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and clearly happy to work there. The food is delicious. I booked into the Pan Asian restaurant on my last night and ate one of the best meals I ever had. It was delicious!
The rooms facing the road lack a balcony. I had to ask for an upgrade. It was an easy solution, but the first room was dissapointing.

The staff are helpful and very friendly. They greeted all guests with a warm smile. Staff is effective. Any minor issues were quickly resolved by the management team.

The food in the restaurants are excellent. Breakfast offers variety of options. Dinner buffet had many choices and great quality. Half board plus gave me access to three specialty restaurants.

friendly staff advantageous location delicious food dated room worn furniture weak air conditioning
the staff were friendly. the location was advantageous (close to many facilities). the food was generally delicious, particularly the breakfast. i found a wide variety of options each morning.
our room felt somewhat dated. the furniture showed signs of wear. the air conditioning was not powerful enough. this made the room less comfortable during warmer parts of the day.

the allocation system for sunbeds ensured availability.
the air conditioning was noisy and not very effective. furthermore, the room showed wear with a soft, old mattress and worn sheets (i noticed some rips).

sunbed allocation beach access noisy air conditioning small gym
The hotel offered a sunbed allocation system. This removed the stress of claiming a spot early in the morning. The hotel has direct access to the beach. It made it easy to enjoy the sea.
My room's air conditioning was noisy. It was also poor when it came to cooling the room. The gym area looked small. It had a personal trainer only booked for a fee.

bland food no seafood
the check-in service, it wasn't half bad. a welcome drink and snacks? not the worst greeting i've ever had.
the food, it wasn't great. seemed the buffet food was bland, and practically no seafood. i wasn't impressed with that at all, i expected more from a hotel of this calibre.

dreadful noise poor sound
The breakfast menu was good. The white unsliced loaf stood out.
I was annoyed with the entertainment. The lady singers were dreadful. The sound quality was very poor, and it seemed like a mating call. The connection between the guests and the All Stars wasn't great this year, a big disconnect existed.
